Note: I am currently taking family leave and will not be responding to new inquiries until July, 2026. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome mental health challenges and build healthier relationships. I graduated in 2020 with my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to my degree, I also hold Level II Certification in the Gottman Method for couple's therapy and certification to facilitate pre-marital counseling using the Prepare-Enrich program. My approach is warm and collaborative, emphasizing self-compassion and growth. I'm honored to support my clients in finding balance and creating meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I am trauma-informed, and incorporate tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and attachment theory. I believe in cultivating a safe and non-judgmental space in which your feelings are validated and your experiences respected.
